To ensure our clients understand fully our design intentions, AVG employs the latest in computer aided 3D modeling and rendering techniques. The realistic depictions help go past standard plans and give a volumetric understanding to our design phases. We can present our clients with renderings by still images, animation clips or 360 degree panoramas. In early design phases, simple models allow our designers to study the beginning massing of a building project. The models can be expanded upon as a design evolves. In later design phases, these models become key in our material and color selection process as a wide variety of options may be displayed and compared. By utilizing these 3D capabilities, AVG is confident that no surprises will be encountered by our clients when their project is finally constructed.
